![]() I shoot with four different IOS devices, a drone and other full frame cameras and I'm having a hell of a time getting Quik to recognize the files. I use Premier, I know Quik is compared to it, but for my current needs it's perfect. All the other fields were lost, and had I not have also gone down the road of learning about encoding, specifically H.265 for streaming, I would never have come across that magic set of digits hiding in a place MediaInfo wasn't showing me.Īnyways, I'm trying to integrate GoPro Quik into my workflows for a quick turn on content with some basic methodologies applied to create content for our supporters sitting at home doing nothing as a result of Corona. I've learned all about Exiftool and usage to the point that after about 6 months of working at it bit by bit I was able to recover and properly name the archive files thanks to the ENCODE date found in the META DATA. It all started when Google Drive f'ed up a mass upload and I lost (but found) almost 2TB of critical video I've been capturing over the last 5 years for our race shop / DIY community garage. Otherwise, I'm probably just going to send my Triumph into the turn 4 wall.īeen doing a lot of learning around video, lately. If anyone out there cares to help a dirt-track motorcycle racing speed junky with what I'm assuming is a simple problem - I'd greatly appreciate.
